In 2021, owners Bryan Spier and Tracey Knutson breathed new life into the space, carefully renovating and reopening it as Frank & Julia’s. Their vision blends historic charm with an updated concept rooted in Italian tradition.

Support for the business has come not only from loyal customers but also from the community itself. In 2024, local officials awarded $30,000 in funding to help Frank & Julia’s continue growing as a destination in Caledonia.
