Market Update's are everywhere! Strip Mall PHX: Coffee shop!
I took a break away from the Minnesota tundra and my mind just keeps going on where is the next market update! The momentum we are creating with sharing about news of business openings and more is spreading wide and far. While in Phoenix on my 2nd day of vacation I had to see an online friend who has turned into in-person friend, Eddie Gonzalez. Some may better know him from his TikTok handle @azcre. Eddie has been creating content now for years in Phoenix, Arizona. He is someone that has a true passion for the industry and helping bring life to buildings that are in need of a new business to move in.
@azcre was not opposed to letting me film a market update on my iPhone and share about what is going on in his market! We started the morning at Toastmaster's. After some warming up of our public speaking skills, vocabulary, and listening skills we made our way to the first market update. The stop took us straight to Strip Mall PHX a brand new coffee shop in the valley located at 3508 N 7th Street Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ 85014.

The co-owner Michela Ricci was more than open to being on camera and letting us ask her about her new business. It was cool to learn what she had done to this property to open this coffee shop. It is best put on her website "The coffee and the vibes are “surprisingly good.”
This small business is the 2nd venture of Michela and her business partner as they also own Monsoon Market nearby!
This special edition market update helps represent that MARKET UPDATE'S exist everywhere. Often these market update's are not shared about as small business owners are busy focusing on finding a location, getting a business open, and once open they are then faced with expenses to open that lack the ability of someone to help with PR related to getting the word out. As a supporter to small business owners and what to me is the backbone of our community! These are the people that live, work, and play within the communities we visit. The best thing we can do is help by sharing about a new business opening on social media, tell a friend, and in a world of reviews be sure to go in and drop a good review to help them get the much recognition they deserve!
