Peddle Tea & Coffee Brings Specialty Drinks to Chatfield

Founded by Jessica Pedelty, the café’s name is a playful nod to her last name and reflects her vision for a space where community connections can flourish.

Located at 391 Main Street North, Peddle Tea & Coffee occupies the former Cabin Coffee building, which closed at the end of 2023. Jessica purchased the property for $425,000.

With a team of 15 staff members, she has transformed the space into a modern and welcoming environment designed to serve as a “third space” for locals to meet, relax, and converse away from home and work.

The café offers a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and fruity refreshers. Quality is central to the experience, with Carraro coffee from Italy featured prominently as Jessica hones her skills on a new coffee roaster.

The menu also includes pastries such as croissants and beignets, breakfast items like bacon, egg, and cheddar biscuits, and spinach frittatas. Lunch options include grilled cheese and club sandwiches, making Peddle Tea & Coffee a spot for morning and midday visits alike.

Peddle Tea & Coffee is open Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 2 PM.

Beyond offering quality drinks and food, the café seeks to be a place where community members can gather, enjoy thoughtfully crafted beverages, and engage in meaningful conversations.
