The new owner, Jim Lutes, brings decades of business experience shaped by nearly 30 years in the insurance industry. His journey began in 1996 and evolved into Harmony Insurance Group, a multi-location agency built on integrity, consistency, and customer-centered service. With his move into the print and design world, Jim extends his family’s entrepreneurial reach once again, applying the same principles of professionalism and people-first leadership.

A key part of this next chapter is Jim’s daughter, Amanda Pearson, who brings both creative talent and lived experience to Minuteman Press. With a background in interior design and years spent adapting through the challenges of military family life, Amanda has stepped into her role as Customer Service Representative and graphic designer with confidence and purpose. Her blend of design expertise, attention to detail, and natural ability to connect with customers has reshaped the creative process and elevated the brand experience.

Under Amanda’s influence, the business maintains the fast turnaround, practical solutions, and all-sizes project capability that Minuteman Press is known for while adding new energy and elevated visual standards.
