Fortress Financial first moved into the building in March 2022, initially occupying part of the first floor. “It was an older building, and we ended up remodeling the whole first floor and some of the common areas,” Dan explained. The firm transformed the space into a welcoming environment that included six offices and two conference rooms more than enough room at the time.
But growth came quickly.
Outgrowing the Original Vision
“After just a few short years, we ran out of space downstairs,” Dan noted, describing the good problem every business hopes to face. Their continued success led them to look upward literally to the third floor.
The move has allowed Fortress Financial to double their office space and reimagine their client experience from the ground up. “As people get off the elevator, we wanted them to know this is Fortress Financial’s space,” Dan said.
