Authentic Ramen Arrives at Downtown Rochester’s I-Chi Mein

The restaurant is the creation of restaurateur Hui Liu and his wife, who draws inspiration from his mother’s cooking and a lifelong passion for noodles. Guests can enjoy a spacious dining room and a large patio, perfect for both intimate dinners and casual gatherings.

Located at 9 Third Ave. NW in the Kahler Inn & Suites complex, I-Chi Mein occupies the former CB3 space at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Center Street. The location benefits from high foot traffic, situated near St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and the Mayo Clinic’s “Bold. Forward. Unbound.” project.

Justin Collopy and Bucky Beeman of Realty Growth assisted in leasing the space from the Kahler Hospitality Group, helping bring this exciting new addition to Rochester’s dining scene.
