In contrast, the nearby Stone Haven Townhomes—located off Stone Haven Drive—have undergone multiple phases of development since 2021. With 2- and 3-bedroom units ranging up to 1,739 square feet, these luxury townhomes offer additional space, attached two-car garages, and upgraded features like fireplaces and dedicated laundry rooms. While early plans called for up to 115 townhomes, there have been no recent updates on new phases moving forward.
