Revive Pilates Co. Will Open at Sarah Place in NW Rochester

The boutique Pilates studio, which will offer group sessions, will occupy 2,178 square feet on the ground floor. Construction on the build-out, managed by Schoeppner Inc., will begin October 1 and be completed by early 2026.

The Sarah Place building, completed just over a year ago, has quickly filled with a vibrant mix of tenants including Crisp & Green, Qdoba, Swoon Lash + Beauty Lounge, Newman Group and Realty Growth.

With Revive Pilates Co. moving in, the property is now officially fully leased a milestone that underscores both demand and momentum in Rochester’s growing northwest corridor.

This latest addition brings balance to the development, complementing the food, beauty, and professional services already operating at Sarah Place while strengthening the property’s identity as a hub for connection and growth.
