Valvoline Instant Oil Change Expanding to SE Rochester

The site plan, designed by CESO Inc, has been received by the City of Rochester, showing an approximately 1,462-square-foot building on 0.612 acres, situated just to the southeast of Cub Foods.

The development is home to Caribou Coffee, Cub Foods, Zadeo's Pizza, and Planet Fitness, making it a convenient commercial hub for the community.

Valvoline LLC, based out of Lexington, KY, is looking to add a third location to the Rochester area. Valvoline is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock ticker VVV and has over 2,000 locations nationwide as of October 2024.

This new SE Rochester location will offer the company’s signature quick and convenient oil change services, typically completed in about 15 minutes with no appointment necessary. Customers can also access a range of vehicle maintenance services, including air filter replacement, battery testing, tire rotation, and more.
