Following that success, the new development is expected to attract a strong mix of local businesses and national retail brands.

Construction at 3629 Sarah Place NW is progressing rapidly. Footings are in, steel was recently delivered, and groundwork continues. The retail center is scheduled to be ready for occupancy by November 1st, 2025.

Retailers and businesses interested in leasing space are encouraged to act quickly. “With our two outbuildings already leased and strong interest in the main center, space won’t last long,” Nelson added.
