This entrepreneur is extremely passionate about bringing good ingredients to his community. Eddy spent many years in the kitchen working hard to become a sous-chef. After seeing a need in the market for a Mexicana Market he decided to take the leap in 2024 to secure a commercial location. The space that Eddy leased was known as Webber and Judd Pharmacy for some. For those in Rochester for many years they may recall a Pizza Hut in this building on 9th Street SE. Eddy saw the vision of putting in shelves, a clean kitchen area for fresh cut meat products, and coolers for vegetables and fruit. After some major renovations the business opened and most recently Eddy has made updates to bring a meat market to all to enjoy.
You will see in this store that Eddy's passion for ingredients is obvious! When talking with him he shared about meeting customers and helping them custom select spices and meats for exactly what they are looking to make at home.
