According to county records this property sold on Feb 2nd 2022 for $530,000. The plan is to develop the project in two phases, including a 100 unit building now with attached amenity clubhouse, followed by a future additional 100 unit building south of the clubhouse. We believe that this site provides a unique and advantageous opportunity to provide more rental housing in Rochester, in an area that’s convenient to both employment, education and open outdoor space."
