Newly opened in NE Rochester near Century High School you will find Indigo Acai Bowls. The couple Nancy Johnson-Rauen and Wilie Rauen started in 2021 with a truck they bought at a ritchie brothers auctions and converted to a mobile food truck for serving Acai Bowls all over Minnesota. They grew a loyal following of those looking for a delicious and healthy treat or even meal replacement.
This new location will assist in introducing Rochester and the surrounding community to Acai Bowls and the many different options. Some of the flavors we tried included the SKOL bowl and the Volcano bowl. They were the perfect amount for a meal replacement or even a very good snack.
Acai Berry is kind of like a blueberry it grows on a tree in Brazil we have it Juiced then we run it through a soft serve machine so that it comes out kind of the consistency of a Sorbet, all of our bowls are dairy free and we have gluten free optionsNancy Johnson-Rauen
